Aspenview Kennels is owned by Summer Westerbur & Troy Westerbur. Thank you for stopping by our site.   We show our Amstaffs in conformation, both AKC and UKC, in weight pull, and soon obedience.   We  breed occasionally, so if you are interested in a puppy,   please email us  or call.   All of our dogs are OFA cardiac clear before being bred. Each litter will come from at least one ataxia clear parent as well. Heart problems such as sub-aortic stenosis are a HUGE problem in our breed and need to be tested for.  We use a board certified cardiologist to perform our OFA cardiac exams (Dr. Julie Martin, DVM) .  You can read the AKC breed standard HERE.  If you are looking for a puppy, it should come from a breeder who health tests NO EXCEPTION.  Please go to www.akc.org to read why you should not buy a puppy from a petstore or newspaper breeder.
